To make our team even more powerful we are hiring a Team Lead iOS Development (f/m).

As part of our mobile team you will be building and managing our app for iOS and power our amazing growth.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of 4-5 engineers

  • Help to raise the overall skill and quality level through pairing and

    design/code reviews

  • Support recruiting of new team members (screening candidates,

    conducting interviews)

  • Support agile development and continuous delivery in the team

  • Collaborate with and provide technical consultation to Product Managers, UX, other Team Leads and engineers

  • Foster continuous knowledge transfer in the team and across teams

  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by improving build and test

    systems

  • iOS native app development using Swift and Objective C

  • Be a role model for software engineering best practices and agile process best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent degree

  • At least 5 years relevant experience (iOS development) including

    previous Team Lead experience of around 2 years

  • Excellent knowledge of Objective-C, Swift and XCode

  • Strong knowledge of design patterns and object oriented programming

  • Comfortable with agile methodologies, Jira, git, and code reviews
  • Experience consuming data from REST APIs (JSON / XML)

  • Experience in KIF, XCTest (Test automation in general)

  • Knowledge of Java is a big plus.

  • Real life reference or open source projects (Github / Bitbucket /

    Stackoverflow Account) will be beneficial.

  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to explain technical decisions to colleagues at all levels and from all trade
