We are looking fora passionate Continuous Improvement Manager (f/m)for our location in Berlin Friedrichshain or Dreilinden.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You help all teams across mobile.de to achieve business goals by leveraging agile best practices.

  • You team up with different stakeholders from our business units and functions to ensure buy-in and alignment on critical decisions, processes and communication patterns.

  • You contribute to building an environment of continuous improvement for mobile.de.

  • You are the agile ambassador and promote a clear understanding of the underlying theory and methods.

  • You facilitate and measure cross-functional improvement projects, drive root cause analyses and, together with your skilled colleagues, develop improvement ideas to pilot and implement.

  • You will handle agile routines by organizing and facilitating required meetings and retrospectives for our teams, but also enable others to do the same.

  • You work on projects with leaders to define scope, map project milestones, track progress, set KPIs and escalate issues for our agile transformation journey.

Your Skill profile:

  • You have 5+ years of work experience in Lean, Agile and Continuous Improvement. This experience could have been gained as a fulltime agile coach, but not necessarily. Someone having a background in e.g. product management or development and in that role gained experience in the area of continuous improvement could also be a match.

  • You have experience in working with teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, within corporate structures is a plus.

  • You feel comfortable to speak to functional (Product, Tech, UX, Marketing, ...) and business stakeholders likewise.

  • You have deep knowledge about and experience in utilizing different agile practices.

  • You don’t believe in “by the book” implementation.

  • You can plug into an existing complex system and work on progressive improvements.

  • You know how to facilitate improvements ensuring long-term sustainability.

  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus.

  • Ideally, you have applied Agile practices in more than one company already and in different teams. Even better is that you’ve done this at large scale with 20 plus teams.

  • You are a self-starter, not afraid of raising and solving issues while keeping a diplomatic, frictionless, and subtle approach.

  • You understand human and team dynamics and have a natural willingness to help people and teams to excel.

  • You are a team player and have excellent collaboration, communication, organization, and coaching skills.

  • You inspire others and are good at what you are doing, but are always curious and feel that you have much left to learn.
