We are looking for a lifecycle marketer who will drive and own the development and execution of cross-channel acquisition and engagement programs for our suite of ads marketing solutions, focusing on the 1st party advertising products.  This role will be charged with developing the program content for our content marketing efforts and will liaise across the entire business with frequent collaboration with internal stakeholders on the go-to-market marketing, sales and product teams to drive activation and retention.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer contact strategy, utilizing intelligence from our customer database and external marketing vendors to successfully create and further customer engagement, retention and conversion

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align on strategy execution

  • Oversee shared segmentation strategy to be utilized in both lifecycle and paid marketing channels to drive consistent cross-channel customer communication

  • Manage email marketing channel from end to end: calendar creation, creative briefs, segmentation and circulation strategies, forecast, testing and reporting

  • Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of our customer communication through new and emerging channels, while driving personalization efforts

  • Create actionable reporting framework that identifies the most effective communication channels for engaging with our highest value customers

  • Own the content marketing program calendar

Requirements:

  • BA/BS required

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience across email marketing, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and CRM

  • Previous success in managing high volume, database driven email programs, including development, execution, and analysis

  • Proven execution against performance targets in addition to tracking and delivering on key operational metrics (e.g. engagement, retention, conversion, return on investment)

  • Expertise in innovative customer lifecycle strategies that drive tangible results

  • B2B and digital advertising experience a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Exceptional computer skills, including experience with HTML, 3rd party email marketing and marketing automation platforms
