Our Global Customer Experience (GCX) team is embarking on a journey to deliver the next level of service. We ultimately plan to evolve the customer experience, to help our customers and solve their needs in the quickest, simplest, easiest way possible. The Lead Business Architect plays a pivotal role in this evolution journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team that will be responsible for the governance of the Business Model Framework for GCX

Drive and facilitate the right discussions with business leaders to identify key capabilities in relation to delivering phenomenal customer experiences

Act as a liaison between business and technology partners 

Build and maintain business capability, data, process and value stream models that will support design authority decisions during the transformation journey

Lead and improve GCX's business capability model framework maturity to drive enablement of the longer-term roadmap

Provide input to the scope definition of initiatives using capability heatmaps to provide clarity into impacts, dependencies, overlaps and opportunities. 

Partner with Business Process Engineers to deliver process and data models needed for end to end views of the business

Manage EA documentation tool and drive adoption of standard methodologies to ensure standardization of business architecture outputs across the organization

Drive continuous improvement, coaching and training of yourself and the team to remain relevant in the process modeling and business architecture field


Qualification & Skills

Being such a dynamic role you will have a blend set of adjacent skills that may include:

  • Designing or improving customer service related processes

  • Demonstration of EA or Business Architecture Experience

  • Commercial and business awareness

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma certification a plus)

  • Critical thinking

  • Business Process Management (BPM) tool experience

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Architecture, Business Management, or related subject area or 10+ years related experience
