Music & Theater - Venue Maps Data and Design

StubHub is the world's largest ticket marketplace, enabling fans to buy and sell tickets to tens of thousands of sports, concert, theater and other live entertainment events. We are looking for a Venue Map Operations Associate to assist in the data building and design of our interactive seating chart experience for the music and theater genre.

The most successful candidate will:

  • Possess strong management  and organizational skills

  • Strong familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel

  • Be a passionate fan of music and theater, while having a strong interest in live entertainment

Areas of focus:

  • Ensure consistent data quality across our interactive map catalog

  • Work to enhance map creation processes

  • Build and maintain data associated with interactive maps

  • Handle requests from internal & external contacts in a timely manner

  • Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to design interactive venue seating charts

  • Ability to work well with a large team across multiple time zones

Skill Requirements

  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills

  • Microsoft Excel skills

  • Customer service

  • Ability to manage large data sets

  • Knowledge of sports/music/entertainment industry and ticketing industry is a plus

  • Experience with data management/data entry

  • SQL and Python knowledge are a plus

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.  1-3 years related professional experience.
