Shipping Guaranteed Delivery Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the launch and ongoing management of eBay’s Guaranteed Delivery program.  The role is central to ensure that buyer’s see a dramatically different delivery experience on eBay while sellers are delivering against their expectations. Key responsibilities for this role include

  • Monitor and manage the day to day performance of the Guaranteed Delivery program, focusing on the operational side (e.g., missed deliveries, missed performance expectations, buyer recovery experience)
  • Develop the strategy, processes, and capabilities to ensure our sellers meet their performance criteria and recover if they miss performance criteria
  • Partner with product, marketing, customer service and BU teams to successfully execute and launch critical initiatives
  • Responsible for delivering business growth targets and successful delivery of identified programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and proven results in Supply Chain, Operations-related Finance, Customer Service, or a similar field
  • Bachelors degree, Graduate degree preferred
  • Experience building multi-dimensional global programs
  • A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects by closely partnering with technology teams.
  • Data driven with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
  • Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
