The Role and Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Americas Regional Products organization. Our team is responsible for growing eBay’s Product & feature portfolio in the Americas. This team has a huge customer impact - but most importantly we are filled with a shared purpose to help our business expand in the region and for eBay to be a market leader.

In this role you will drive the product vision and strategy of the Americas Product Team to provide delightful customer experiences. You will work closely with Business Partners to prioritize key projects and build the roadmap for the Team. You will partner with developers, quality partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

You will be very data driven and have previously developed product strategies that enable and drive innovation and market efficiency, and understand the nuances of building out product functionality while maintaining operational flexibility.

A focus on customer needs is critical to success. You will work closely with business leaders as well as product and domain leads to identify and build core capabilities, maximize utility of features common to multiple stakeholders, and efficiently solve for local functionalities critical to market success. Additionally, the ability to build relationships and influence across the organization is a requirement, as well as superior communication and presentation abilities.

Primary Job Responsibilities

*Develop product strategy, and drive business initiatives for Americas Region

*Work closely with Business Partners and other internal teams to understand customer needs and deliver best in class experience

*Formulate and communicate objectives, expectations and progress.

*Coordinate, facilitate and drive efforts across groups

*Operate in an agile environment

Job Requirements

*7+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in global software product management with consistent track record of leading and delivering world-class large-scale products.

*Strong experience partnering with stakeholders to drive product activation and go to market plans

*Should have experience working with teams in rapid delivery environments

*Strong technical background, ideally with experience building platform products with availability, speed and scale

*Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation abilities. Be able to communicate across all levels of the business

*Strong customer focus.
