The Reporting Lead is a key member of the Stock & Equity team who has a strong focus on teamwork and process optimization. The primary responsibilities and expectations for the Reporting Lead are as follows.

  • Act as the project manager for all major stock & equity related events and possesses comprehensive expertise with the administration and reporting of various equity vehicles, including, but not limited to, stock options, restricted stock units, performance-based restricted stock units, employee stock purchase plans and dividend equivalents using the Equity Edge Online platform.

  • Ensure the completeness of audit controls as provided in the Company’s SOX controls & narratives for stock-based compensation.

  • Maintain a positive relationship with the technology team to coordinate system integrations and automated reporting applications to ensure 1) the integrity of the stock & equity data and 2) accurate internal and external reporting of all stock & equity transactions.

  • Provide support to the team’s International Compliance Manager to ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, including equity related tax filings.

  • Extremely agile and responds timely to frequent ad-hoc reporting requests from both internal and external business partners (e.g., Compensation, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Tax, SEC Reporting, Audit, tax providers) in the midst of regularly scheduled, concurrent events.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in global equity plan administration.

  • In-depth knowledge of EEO platform.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Demonstrates experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Broad experience with different equity award forms.

  • Proven track record of demonstrating technology to support growth at scale.

  • Ability to communicate optimally with all levels of employees and business partners

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Certified Equity Professional certification preferred.
