The opportunity: Senior Marketing Manager Korea

Location: Seoul.

What will you do?

  • Create innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, online/offline events, email, naiver, online marketing, co-marketing with partners, etc.

  • Plan strategic campaigns and coordinate efforts with market stakeholders.

  • Outcome of initiatives for major key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize investment and performance based on the insights.

  • Contributing and developing marketing plans and tactics.

  • Foreseeing marketing budgets and evaluating marketing performance.

  • Monitoring competitors’ activity.

  • Monitor and optimize our brand online reputation

  • Working within the Marketing team to provide accurate data and analysis that supports the overall promotional strategy for the company.

  • Plan and generate new and creative growth strategies.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Work with the Country Manager, Senior Managers, Regional/International Marketing team, create and drive a localized a marketing strategy.

  • Identify key opportunities and prioritize and place bets on the marketing initiatives that will create the most positive difference & impact


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in related fields: Marketing, Business etc.

  • Minimum 10-year experience in online business, SEO, Naiver, PPC and Social Networking, Marketing App with excellent written and spoken.

  • You have a deep understanding of Korea digital ecosystem.

  • Strong leadership skills, with a business-minded approach, able to move from the big picture/ strategic perspective to quick turnaround tactical execution – not afraid to roll up sleeves and get hands on.

  • Outstanding skills at initiating, negotiating, managing and growing strategic partnerships and/or creative co-marketing arrangements with partners.

  • Creative in approach and able to work with a blank sheet of paper as well as able to make skillful use of data and analytics

  • Experience with e-commerce, technology companies, start-ups.

  • Passion and conviction for ideas and proposals – collaborator with first-rate communication and influencing skills

  • English is required. Spanish is a plus.
