Head of B2B Marketing

Kijiji is looking for a new Head of B2B Marketing.  Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person will lead all of the B2B marketing efforts for one of the most popular and powerful brands in Canada.  They will manage a dynamic internal team and a highly-integrated group of agency partners to realize our business objectives. The Head of B2B Marketing will:

  • Lead all aspects of B2B marketing, including digital, offline, CRM, field marketing, PR, experiential
  • Develop the B2B marketing strategy and be accountable for planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting existing and customers
  • Build and nurture a collaborative and productive relationship with the sales organization
  • Translate sales challenges into an aligned and integrated marketing plan
  • Lead, coach and manage a team of high-performance team of B2B marketers 
  • Successfully manage a network of external agency support teams
  • Manage, negotiate, and optimize the B2B Marketing budget
  • Create campaign KPIs and benchmarks to measure digital marketing effectiveness. Report on metrics and translate data to make strategic recommendations and tactical changes, as needed
  • Actively contribute to the international marketing community to share local best practices


  • 8-10+ years of direct B2B Marketing experience with demonstrated success in program management, including communications, team management, and process improvement
  • Success in a matrix organization, working with multiple stakeholder groups, each with their own objectives
  • Have a deep understanding of online/digital advertising industry, with specific focus in one of the following industries: display advertising, automotive, and/or real estate
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high energy, ambiguous environment
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with solid examples of relationship building
