As the Sales Manager of Real Estate and Jobs, you will report to the Head of  Retail, Real Estate, and Jobs.

In this critical “player-coach” role your will lead a team of account managers and will be responsible for delivering revenue growth for these two key Kijiji verticals.

You will have strong sales management experience and proven success achieving targets, driving customer satisfaction and fostering a strong culture within the team. A solid understanding of jobs, real estate (or both!) industries would be ideal.

This is an exciting position that will enable you to utilize your sales leadership abilities, to educate, motivate and lead the team to drive revenue growth on one of the largest digital properties in Canada.  You will also work across internal teams advocating for customers in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop team to deliver quarterly revenue targets
  • Design and implement the sales strategy for both the Jobs and Real Estate verticals
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop solutions which deliver value to customers

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in sales management, preferably with experience in the Jobs or Real Estate verticals
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving targets, while driving strong value for customers.
  • Fluent at developing quotas for team members to achieve revenue delivery.
  • Strong structured thinking and communication skills.
  • Collaborative leader committed to delivering results in a dynamic environment.
