The successful candidate will be joining a flexible pool of analysts who work in a wide spectrum of projects related to marketing analytics. Automation of data pipelines, in-depth analysis of campaigns and user behavior to image processing with artificial intelligence, the candidate will not be bored with a never-ending routine and he or she will be expected to jump to the next project and rapidly ramp up.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 year industry experience in data science and related topics.
The candidate should be able to work independently and to build complex end-to-end data pipelines in an efficient way, from the initial data retrieval all the way to the final insights. The preferred qualifications are:
M.Sc. / PhD in computer science, statistics, economics, engineering, mathematics, physics or relevant working experience.
Strong business intuition and acumen are essential.
Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms both supervised and unsupervised. Familiarity with ML tool-kits such as scikit-learn, h2o, caret is a plus.
Good understanding of statistics, knowledge in experimental design is a plus (A/B tests).
Scripting and programming: proficiency in either python or R, any other language is a plus.
Fluency with Unix/Linux would be a big plus.
Working knowledge in query languages SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB). Experience in graph data frames is a plus.
Visualization (ggplot, matplotlib, D3, highcharts, ..)
Eager to explore new territories at the same time keeping focus on delivering quick prototypes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
