About the team:
The Global Payments team is responsible for designing and building eBay's first ever payments platform. We aspire to enable exemplary customer experiences, where our buyers and sellers can come together and engage in commerce on the biggest marketplace in the world.
You will be responsible for both internal operations analysis, and vendor integration management. This role will provide analysis and insights on Payments Operations, such as collection rates, bad debt, fee optimization, process optimization, and chargeback operations. You will also be the main point of contact with our payment vendors for operations such as integration changes, operations issues, and account management. The individual we are looking for has strong verbal and written communication to help us get to internal alignment, as well as creating strong and valuable relationships with our partners and vendors.
You will manage:
- Collection Rates
- Bad Debt
- Chargeback Outcome Optimization
- Fee Optimization
- Processing Operations Optimization
- Operations Reporting
- Process design and improvement
- Vendor Integration Operations
- Project Management and Planning
- Vendor Operations Reporting
- MID / Payment Account Management
- Payment Operations Vendor Management (Chargebacks, Automation, Risk, and Payment Services)
- Payment Industry experience preferred
