Product Manager – CS Technology

What we're looking for: A product manager to help us deliver the customer service solutions for our global customer experience team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, define and prioritize features, and generate a product roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other Risk counterparts like Policy, Policy Operations, Rule writers and Decision Sciences to synthesize product ideas
  • Define product solutions and work with design, engineering, and business teams to implement them
    • Define detailed product requirements, working closely with Engineering and Quality to drive sprint planning, story prioritization, product backlog grooming and roadmap creation
    • Work with engineering in assessing and choosing third-party technology solutions to meet business case and time-to-market requirements
    • Partner closely with Product Analytics team to collect data insights to measure improvements made to your product
    • Partner with business teams to ensure awareness and adoption of product changes
  • Communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders 
  • Evangelize solutions and capabilities with internal partners
  • Monitor industry trends in fraud and risk mitigation to identify new product opportunities
  • Lead complex projects across cross-functional, distributed teams and multiple client groups

Role Requirements - The Basics:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Product Management experience with expertise in Customer Service and/or Payments services
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment using a data-driven and analytical approach
  • Experience with product development lifecycle, process flows and working in an agile environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate and present everything from early concepts to full product launch plans to your team, as well as to external and executive audiences
  • Standout colleague with empathy for our customers (both internal and external) and desire to understand their needs, wants and concerns
  • Self-starter with the ability to execute with minimal mentorship; think strategically and execute tactically
