Agile Delivery Lead – Global Capabilities
In your role as Agile Delivery Lead you’ll give squads the best opportunity to continuously deliver value to our markets. You have experience delivering software using Agile frameworks, tools and techniques, and will pragmatically apply them as required. You have a continuous improvement mindset and will use that to coach our squads in Agile ways of working. In this way you’ll accelerate squads in their transition to self-organizing squads by empowering them. As a servant leader you’re also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You have high emotional intelligence and the humility to put the needs of the squad before your own.
You’ll also work on improving our way of working from a delivery perspective by (for example) implementing a portfolio approach across multiple squads, increase transparency and predictability in delivery of the squad and create alignment across squads in cross-squad delivery milestones. You bring your experience to end-to-end delivery a transformation in our markets – including an not limited to product, technology, process, people and change management. You may have previously worked as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or held a role in process improvement.
10 years of experience delivering software in multiple Agile teams;
A demonstrable track record of enabling continuous improvement in your teams;
5 years of managing multiple teams / squads
Experience of multiple frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean;
A curious mind - continuously asking ‘why’ and eager to learn and improve;
An appreciation of ‘what better looks like’ and the will to make it happen;
Actively involved in the Agile community;
Experience in transformations / programs – including multiple facets including process, people, technology and change management;
Ability to quickly follow-up on impediments – having a ‘can-do’ attitude;
Preference experience with international rollout of a global solution;
