As a Senior Product Manager on the Americas Regional Development Team, you will be responsible for tailoring the global product experience for the U.S marketplace.  You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process from brainstorming with our Business Unit counterparts to working with other product managers, designers and engineers to drive implementation.  You must have experience building consensus at the VP level, as well as in effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product results. You should also be able to demonstrate how you use data to help guide and inform as you test and iterate your product.  We are looking for strong self-driven individuals who will represent the voice of our customer in building delightful, intuitive, friction-free features.


  • Define, drive, and execute on product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with our business counterparts and our domain partners and stakeholders.

  • Establish a bold product vision for the US marketplace across the company from the VP level through individual contributors.

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity but use data to guide you throughout the ideation, development, and iterative steps of product development. 

  • Partner with the agile team lead to execute on the roadmap with clear milestones.

  • Integrate usability studies and market analysis into product requirements to craft delightful customer experiences.

  • Build hypotheses and design experiments. Monitor key product health metrics and drive insights in partnership with our analytics team

  • Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs across senior leadership and the teams performing the work


  • Minimum of 5+ years in building software products as a product manager

  • Experience as a product manager working with multiple stakeholders and domain product managers.

  • Experience with product development life-cycle, process flows and working in an agile environment

  • Experience using data to solve business problems

  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
