We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales Operations to join one of the fastest growing teams at eBay to be based in London.

In this role you will manage the ad ops and account management team, produce end to end campaign reports, campaign analysis, ad trafficking and quality checking.  As well as overseeing campaign management processes to help with optimizations, results and client retention, you’ll also be leading a local team in the UK helping to support various sales teams across our advertising business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team workloads to cover full campaigns, from integration, launch to end process.
  • Run inventory analysis and ensure team are managing campaign orders efficiently and effectively
  • Full campaign optimization and management 
  • Producing reports evaluating and tracking campaign results
  • Troubleshooting of any operational issues
  • Implement best practice structure across Ad Operations & AM team to ensure synergy of campaign management 
  • Be able to report on financial performance of campaigns but also on a wider level sales hubs and help support performance management. 

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent in marketing, business, technology or other related fields
  • Strong experience in a technical or ad ops role in an online environment
  • Management experience of an ad-ops / account management team (Ops within a commerce environment is a plus)
  • Deep knowledge of ad serving and data technologies, DFP, DMP and AdX experience required. Enthusiastic, professional demeanor and experience working in a client-oriented setting (internal or external)
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced business environment
  • Proficiency in basic HTML, data structures, Javascript, HTTP Request and Advanced MS Excel (Power Pivots/VLOOKUP)
