This is a role for an Sr. Administrator of the BMC Helix Platform (SaaS) consisting of BMC Helix (Remedy) ITSM, BMC Helix Business Workflows and BMC Helix Virtual Agent (Chatbot).

Critical responsibilities would be but not limited to;

  • Leading the operational readiness testing and design.
  • Ensures platform sync jobs, automation, integrations and data load procedures are functional
  • Manages the teams request queue
  • Partners with platform architect and management as needed
  • Adheres to software coding, style guides and best practices, to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborates with peer teams and vendors on the solution and delivery.
  • Interfaces with vendor support and incident management teams
  • Manages platform access, permissions
  • Develops Service Requests, Knowledge Articles and Reports as needed
  • Creates or Modifies routing workflows

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years as a developer or administrator using BMC Remedy ARS v9.x or higher and related tools, to deliver ITSM solutions to enterprise clients
  • ITIL certified or 5+ years of project experience involved with the deployment of ITIL-based ITSM tools, and processes
  • 3+ years of implementation experience with BMC Remedy v9.x or higher ITSM deployment and , involving 2 or more of the following technologies  - V9.x (or higher) Change, Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management
  • ITSM Reporting using BMC Analytics
  • Experience managing BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog
  • Experience with BMC Atrium Integrator
  • Customize the application using remedy workflows (Active links, Filters, escalations), spoon jobs and Rest API’s.
  • Experience in integrating with different vendor applications through Helix client gateway.
  • Experience in BMC SLM module to define agreements, service targets, and contracts.
