This position reports up through the CS Tools Access Manager and is responsible for onboarding and user configurations across a suite of Customer Support applications, as well as troubleshooting and problem management of user access related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Perform user base administration in Customer Support platform applications
  • Configure and manage user profiles and access in compliance with Information Security Standard and Sarbanes-Oxley(SOX) Controls
  • Support creation, implementation, and technical documentation of team procedures for user base administration and access control
  • Partner with application end users and application developers to design and execute user base configuration and maintenance that meets business requirements
  • Provide tier 2 technical problem management support for NICE and Kronos (Customer Support applications)
  • Perform regularly scheduled audits of user profile configuration and access
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy and customer service experience in the tasks for this role
  • Meet or exceed all published service level standards

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working across global locations
  • Willing to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
  • Experience working with SOX controls, including process, auditing, documentation and reporting
  • Ability to form strong working relationships
  • Strong conflict management skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with partner Customer Support Technology Teams
  • Strong eBay Customer Support business knowledge preferred
  • Strong Technical aptitude for understanding numerous complex software integrations across an applications platform
  • 6+ experience with User/System configuration/administration within a CRM system
  • VBA programming experience preferred
  • BA or BS degree or relevant work experience
