We are seeking a Product Management Lead to join our growing B2C Selling organization. Our team is responsible for ~90% of the listings on eBay with over 12M new listings each day. The B2C Selling Platform team supports sellers via APIs, Feeds and Web interfaces. There is no shortage of tough challenges and huge customer impact - but most importantly we are filled with a shared purpose to help our sellers grow their business on eBay.

This role is responsible for a core piece of our Seller Experience ambition - Selling Platform API and Feeds. You will lead, run and develop a team of highly talented, technical product managers. You will drive the product vision and strategy of the eBay Selling Platform to provide the premier selling experience. You'll work closely with developers, partners, regional and internal teams to provide tools and interfaces that will streamline integration and development for our customers. Be a key enabler in building the world’s most powerful selling platform by optimizing the technical efficiency of the platform, reducing the friction for sellers to on-board their inventory and manage their business on eBay.

Interact with multiple regional partners across the world and execute the strategy by building a high performance team. You will be very data driven and have previously developed global product strategies that enable and drive innovation and go-to-market efficiency, and understand the nuances of building out product functionality while maintaining operational flexibility.

A focus on customer needs is critical to success. Work closely with in-country and regional business leaders as well as product and domain leads to identify and build core capabilities, maximize utility of features common to multiple stakeholders, and efficiently solve for local functionalities critical to market success. Additionally, shown ability to build relationships and influence across the organization at all levels is a requirement, as well as superior communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities:

*Recruit, develop and mentor world-class product managers

*Develop product strategy, and drive initiatives for Selling Platform API and Feeds globally

*Work closely with Developer Ecosystem, Partners and other internal teams to understand user needs and deliver best in class seller experience

*Formulate and communicate objectives, expectations and progress.

*Coordinate, facilitate and drive efforts across groups

*Operate in an agile environment

Requirements:

*7+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in global software product management with consistent track record of leading and delivering world-class large-scale products.

*Experienced in expanding and managing a high performance product team, including: hiring, mentoring and retaining talented team members

*Must be a strong product leader and people manager. Prefer 2+ years of management experience of leading a high performing product management organization.

*Strong experience leading and partnering with global stakeholders to drive product activation and go to market plans

*Should have experience working with teams in rapid delivery environments

*Strong technical background, ideally with experience building platform products with availability, speed and scale

*Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation abilities. Be able to communicate across all levels of the business

*Strong customer focus. Experience working directly with customers, developers and partners to gather requirements and feedback, a plus.
