The business unit: eCG Global Motors
Reflecting the increased focus on Motors within the group, we established a Global Motors Commercial Center of Excellence. A key pillar of the CoE, the Global Sales Excellence team drives topline growth across our brands worldwide.

The role: (Senior) Manager / Analyst Global Sales Excellence
In close collaboration with the Head of Sales Excellence, you will define the roadmap for sales excellence improvement across our brands and implement. You will support high visibility and high impact sales excellence projects ranging from opportunity assessments, customer segmentations, sales team integrations and organization redesigns, to incentive system redesign, process improvements CRM design, etc.

The requirements:

  • 3-7 years experience in consulting (with experience leading projects on sales excellence topics) or mix of consulting and relevant industry experience

  • Proven track record in defining and driving end-to-end strategic and operational sales excellence projects with measurable impact

  • Experience in customer segmentations, sales organization redesign, post-merger sales team integrations, incentive system design and administration, optimization of target setting process, data driven GTM design & sales strategy definition, Salesforce system design and optimization, sales analytics

  • Analytical mindset and interest in using big data sets to form business insights.  Advanced Excel knowledge is a must have; SQL, R, and other tools are a big plus

  • Advanced proficiency in creating and presenting concise and compelling presentations

  • Pragmatic in solving issues and passionate about achieving realizable, measurable impact

  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative

  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused approach

  • Down to earth team-player, not afraid of rolling up sleeves and getting hands dirty

  • Affinity/experience in the tech industry (marketplaces, classifieds, software) is a plus

The responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic sales excellence projects across our brands

  • Work closely with Head of Sales Excellence to design and deliver end-to-end integrated sales excellence strategy

    • Design custom analyses to identify market opportunities, segment customers, size sales teams, etc.

    • Synthesize insights into presentations and workshops

    • Drive problem solving and advance Sales Excellence CoE’s capabilities

  • Independently drive project workstreams

  • 0-20% travel expected
