We are looking for a dynamic recruiting professional to join a proven team supporting our Customer Experience organization. This position will recruit for hourly customer service positions, contact center leadership and other and internal opportunities within the customer experience organization.

You will be responsible for attracting and evaluating talent, delivering hiring goals, establishing trust with business partners, creating positive experiences for candidates and ongoing process improvement.

What you will do:

  • Attract Talent- Execute talent attraction strategy
  • Pipeline Management– Actively assess hiring pipeline, identify risks and develop contingency plans. Eliminate bottlenecks and deliver on hiring plan.
  • Coordinating- Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Trusted Advisor- Establish effective relationships with key business leaders.
  • Process Improvement– Continually refine process, leverage technology, and inject creativity and innovation into our process to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Internal Movement– Help our employees continue to grow in their careers through internal opportunities. Work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive experience for candidates and a consistent, fair and clear process.
  • Community Outreach– Schedule and attend community events/career fairs to build our brand and generate applicants.
  • Diversity– Demonstrate strong commitment to Diversity and Inclusion. Collaborate with employee resources groups in attracting diverse talent.
  • Selection– Improve hire quality and reduce attrition. Identify and hire candidates who will be happy and successful measured through retention and performance.
  • Candidate Experience– Ensure an excellent experience for all candidates. Ensure timely, personal and effective communication.
  • Culture– Contribute to an engaging team culture that is committed to results, innovation, doing what is right and having fun.

What you need

  • Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years Recruiting Experience
  • Prefer experience recruiting in a high volume recruiting model
  • Prefer candidates with experience hiring into a selective contact center or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Proven ability to influence business partners
