You will design a robust array of digital and print collateral, including assets for multi-channel campaigns and communications, for use in executive presentations and demos, onsite at our design studios, as well as in social media, internal and external websites, experiential events, and branded merchandise. You will partner with our Sr. Director for Brand Creative to create, operationalize, and expand the use of the brand to ensure a cohesive aesthetic with point of view. About You

You love a challenge and are ready to help build and expand a design studio brand. You'll need to have a keen point of view, attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and the ability to balance competing priorities, as well as an eagerness to tackle design problems at scale. You care about making great materials and are willing to design, test, and iterate to get to the best solutions. You have the ability to negotiate and evolve design with partners on the project team, and ensure the integrity of the design is upheld. You should be knowledgeable about our competitors, understand established design patterns and best practices, but always feel the need to exceed the bar. You're responsive, flexible, agile, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You're comfortable with ambiguity and have experience navigating it, but youʼre also not afraid to ask questions, disagree and commit, and embrace a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create world-class, user-centered digital, print, and physical/3D or experiential designs incorporating brand and business guidelines, product learning and customer feedback.

  • Liaise with a multidisciplinary design team to stage assets for delivery to print and manufacturing vendors.

  • Track assets and maintain files for all campaigns

We Value

  • Curious minds and an appetite for learning

  • Strong point of view paired with a healthy dose of humility

  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as it is core to who we are and is at the heart of what we stand for

  • Fearless brainstorming

  • A clear point of view and ability to showcase ideas with the latest design/prototyping tools

  • User-centric and strategic approach

  • Passion for the craft, the industry’s latest trends, technology, and pop culture

  • Exceptional time and project management skills, an ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and balance competing priorities

  • Ability to work independently, manage uncertainty, and switch between discovery and delivery tracks in a single conversation

  • An ability to successfully navigate relationships with stakeholders with competing priorities and build effective relationships with design leadership, clients, and partners

  • Ability to cultivate an understanding of industry trends and clearly communicate your ideas

  • A human-centered work portfolio that showcases a range of relevant brand and other design projects and includes your process, design explorations, and final contribution.
