To strengthen the Advertising team in Central and Southern Europe we are hiring a Product Marketing Senior Manager, Advertising (f/m/d) who will be in charge of crafting and implementing a CRM and marketing automation program to promote adoption, usage and retention of our self-service advertising solutions for sellers in Germany, France, Italy and Spain. This very results-oriented role requires strategic and analytical thinking, operational perfection and phenomenal communication skills.

You will report into the Head of Seller Success Central and Southern Europe and work cross functionally & collaboratively with the rest of the Advertising team, Product team, Seller Marketing team, Trade and Merchandising team.

You will demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills and a customer centric attitude.

Responsibilities in detail:

  • Create and implement a product marketing & CRM automation strategy with a focus on:

  • data-driven strategy, leveraging the vast amount of data available

  • customer segmentation, who to target and when

  • multi-channel execution and optimization, for example across CRM email, on-site banners, telesales, notifications

  • continuous experimentation and optimization, run A/B and multivariate tests

  • marketing automation, create efficiency and speed by automating processes and execution

  • measurement, measure the true impact of each activity

  • Create and execute go-to-market strategy for self-service advertising products in Central and Southern Europe

  • Create marketing briefs, messaging for each marketing campaign

  • Oversees operations to get campaigns live

  • Analyse marketing campaigns performances and crunch numbers to report on the results of the go-to-market plan and discover opportunities and challenges

  • Develop strong relationship with internal and external partners to evangelise Advertising products, both in central functions and in the countries

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Marketing or CRM functions in an online, retail, e-commerce or advertising agency, ideally managing advertising products

  • Experience in digital marketing

  • Experience in creating go-to-market plans on online and offline channels

  • Experience in executing go-to-market plans (briefs, creatives, customer segmentation, reporting)

  • B2B marketing experience is a plus

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Able to handle client interaction, data analysis and working autonomously

  • Proven ability in managing projects or complex client relationships

  • Strong project management & analytical skills

  • Excel in a rapidly changing and at times ambiguous environment

  • Strong energy and drive, innovative attitude and constant client focus

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

  • Excellent use of Excel & Powerpoint, with comfort in diving into data and analysing trends

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field
