We are seeking an Integration Account Manager (IAM) that will support Large & Enterprise level merchants within the new business pipeline, and bringing said businesses live to eBay.

As an Integration Manager, you will lead multiple, concurrent integrations for strategic sellers new to the platform. The IAM is accountable to ensure the merchant is technically prepared for eBay to sell at scale, are aligned with the appropriate eCommerce standards and behaviors, all while completing projects within an expedited time-frame.

The IAM will report to the Merchant Integration team which is part of the broader eBay Seller Growth organization.

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will assume complete ownership of individual outcomes associated with each project:
    • Project leadership & design
    • Technical integration efforts (API & feed based)
    • Employment of merchant business requirements (Tax liability, shipping & handling SLA’s, etc…)
    • Implementation of key eBay site initiatives
    • Customer service & marketing training
    • Testing
    • Account launch
    • Optimizing for eBay standard methodologies & behaviors consistent with the best-selling and buying experiences throughout the project
  • In addition to handling the relationship between external partners, you will manage relationships between key partners within our own organization and respective business units. Developing new and existing collaborations with teams that will enable our merchants to succeed within the eBay ecosystem
  • Analyze and communicate results including key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Apply takeaways to continually challenge standard practices to improve results
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement new workflows. Account for the volatility of the online marketplace and identify early the impact of impending changes and improvements relative to both the eBay and seller business
  • Assess and implement the key drivers associated with building a successful eBay selling strategy
  • Partner with IAM peers and those on other seller focused teams to share standard methodologies in order to accelerate innovation and collaborate on key initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or college diploma
  • Validated history running B2C selling or related business functions (eCommerce and seller facing B2C expertise strongly preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of eBay / eCommerce selling strategies, including track record of communicating and implementing business solutions in support of seller growth and optimization
  • Strong background in the tools & technology required to develop a consistent and balanced eBay / eCommerce business (Ability to understand & communicate to our customers the requirements and standard methodologies associated with eBay API's and/or other applicable integration pathways)
  • Confirmed relationship management experience; developing partnership and trust – positioning self to influence and challenge complex businesses to adopt new, or improve existing, eCommerce strategy
  • Analytical, can-do, problem-solver with curiosity
  • Passionate about the eBay marketplace and seller community; deep understanding of online seller and consumer behavior
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, contending, high priority projects – innate ability to identify creative solutions is key
  • Strong analytical thinking, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Organized and hardworking with strong attention to detail
