P&A Account Management Project Lead – eBay Motors Parts & Accessories

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate internal efforts to coach, service, and grow high value accounts.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Product, Marketing and Customer Experience team in order to support P&A Account Management success

  • Utilize internal relationships to drive Seller and Account Manager initiatives within the Parts & Accessories category

  • Diagnose, track and solve technical account challenges - Operate as the Point of Contact for technical issues

  • Work via in person meetings, video meetings, phone calls and correspondence by email

  • Evaluate category selling activity to ensure listing retention and increase revenue and gross monthly volume

Job Requirements:

(Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience required to perform job)

  • Experience in business to business relationship management

  • Strong analytical skills needed

  • Literate in Microsoft and CRM tools

  • Occasional to travel to meet in person with accounts (up to 25% of month)

  • Strong communication (verbal/phone and written): customer facing and internal executive level

  • Detail results oriented

  • Flexible, results-oriented teammate

  • Hardworking and upbeat, proactive

  • Understanding of the eBay site and marketplace dynamics - experience buying and selling on eBay

  • Proficiency using eBay’s administrative tools

  • Efficiently utilization of CRM and account performance tracking tools

  • Possess a strong knowledge of the eBay Motors Marketplace Third Party Selling Tools
