Requirements:

  • Develop a short term forecast with a high level accuracy
  • Partner with the business on ensuring the latest trends and business intelligence are in the forecast
  • Drive continuous improvements in our eWFM volume and AHT distribution models
  • Develop a 3-week out planning process
  • Facilitate planning sessions with operations to actively close staffing gaps
  • Build recommendations for structural improvements
  • Conduct variance analysis on service and its drivers
  • Communicate the variance, root cause, opportunities to operations partners
  • Experienced in workforce management: scheduling and real-time processes
  • Collaborate with leadership and workforce analysts to drive continuous improvement in our processes
  • Identify, create and implement new processes to enable world-class workforce execution
  • Speak to workforce data in a relevant way to financial and operations partners
  • Identify trends and insights in the data and articulate to leadership

Preferred:

  • Technical expert for team on workforce management software, workforce calculations and industry leading workforce best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years WFM experience including forecasting, service level management and analysis
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of leadership.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and develop solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
