Our platform offers tons of opportunities for our commercial customers to strengthen their business. Within the retention marketing team it is our mission to engage our existing customer base with our offerings and get across the impact we as a company and platform deliver to our customer.

We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a B2B CRM Manager (d/f/m).

We interface with a variety of internal departments to get relevant messages through and steer with a communication mindset to increase the perception of mobile.de as the ideal one stop shop for car dealers in Germany. In this role, in collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues, you extend our automated CRM campaign environment. 

The role:

  • Initiate the development of automated B2B CRM dialogue processes. 

  • Quarterly planning through OKR frameworks and in close alignment with relevant business stakeholders

  • Develop CRM campaigns together with internal stakeholders and our external agency partner.

  • Set up target reporting environments and derive learnings to iterate new ideas from lessons learned.

  • Steadily optimize existing journeys through rapid testing approaches.

  • Be content-wise responsible for the complete automated campaign landscape and ensure the quality is ongoing.

  • Embedded in our dialogue marketing communication team you will align your initiatives with our overall communication plan.

  • Getting things done on your own and on eye-level collaboration with especially technical CRM managers, data-warehouse engineers and analysts.

  • Interface closely with marketing interface managers from an automated CRM campaign perspective. 

What we are looking for:

  • You´re motivated by creating individual messages for each recipient of your communication instead of delivering a one size fits all solution.

  • You have completed your studies and already gained 3-5 years professional experience on what is necessary to build up CRM processes from A-Z.

  • Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage with business partners with minimal direction.

  • You worked together with dialogue marketing agencies to develop communication

  • Your conceptual skillset is paired with hands-on attitude, motivation to take responsibility for your topics and the inclusion of relevant partners.

  • You are familiar with agile organisations and experienced in leading and managing projects and their complexity.

  • Fluent in German, strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
