We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Central Europe Advertising team (Germany, France, Italy, Spain). You’ll be mainly responsible for the professional set up, the development and the operational management of our sales performance measurement. You are an advertising, ecommerce as well as our specialist for our entire sales analytics and reporting systems. You love numbers and you are of course very good with Excel.

Working closely with the Brand Partnerships team as well as the Finance team you will maximize your analytical sales operations expertise and consultative approach to build outstanding customer satisfaction and deliver on ad revenues goals, as well as performance for the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead for all sales operations related aspects around sales performance and campaign performance, e.g. sales funnel, client analyses and revenue forecast analyses
  • Manage day to day communications with Brand Partnerships team on advertising numbers and metrics
  • Consultancy of the Brand Partnership team with analyses on advertising potentials
  • Key contact person for our General Manager in Central Europe as well as our Finance team around all advertising related numbers and sales performance metrics.
  • Programmatic Campaign Management: set up private marketplace deals and programmatic guaranteed campaigns in leading SSP systems, troubleshooting and optimizations
  • Create individual and standardized campaign and deals performance analyses

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital advertising experience at a publisher, agency, eCommerce or AdTech company as a sales performance analyst or in sales controlling
  • Deep analytical expertise
  • Business Fluent German and English
  • Experience working on digital campaigns (both direct and programmatic buying models).
  • Strong grasp of the overall advertising ecosystem
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Ad Manager and other leading SSP systems
  • Very sophisticated in Excel and ideally in PowerPoint as well as familiar with SQL

  • Self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive
  • Great teammate with excellent analytics, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
  • Quickly able to gain trust and confidence with people at all levels
  • Strong organization & attention to detail
  • Drives for results and demonstrates a constructive approach and can-do attitude
  • Understanding of media math and all analytics topics in a sales team - excellent with data and working with multiple analytics tools
  • Experienced with working in projects, project management. Ideally already led projects
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, fast paced environment
