Within the retention marketing team it is our mission to engage our existing customer base with our offerings and get across the impact we as a company and platform deliver to our customer. We interface with a variety of internal departments to get relevant messages through and steer with a communication mindset to increase the perception of mobile.de as the ideal one stop shop for car dealers in germany. In this role you bring our

holistic B2B communication approach to the next level and work closely with a bunch of smart colleagues to develop new opportunities for our customers.

We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a Senior B2B Marketing Manager/Teamlead (d/f/m) - Fixed Term Contract for 24months.

Your role:

  • You create impactful communication for our commercial customer, using a variety of different channels to get our message through.

  • Collaborate cross-functional across different new business topics to attract and retain our commercial customer in this field.

  • Lead a team of four B2B marketing experts.

  • Work closely with the agency leadership teams to set up external teams for success.

  • Steer dialogue communication projects through close collaboration with internal business units.

  • Align the communication planning with a holistic view on our commercial customer within the marketing organization.

  • Through steady interaction with relevant stakeholders across mobile.de you innovate in regards to our communication channel mix.

Your profile:

  • You see optimization potential everywhere, steadily think improvements and challenge the status quo - you ́re welcome there is plenty to do!

  • Completed studies and already gained 5+ years professional experience on creating marketing communication, ideally in B2B communication environment.

  • Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage with business partners with minimal direction.

  • Experience in leading a team to gain maximal impact through delivered communications.

  • A conceptual skill set paired with hands-on attitude, motivation to take responsibility for your topics and the inclusion of relevant partners from A-Z.

  • You are familiar with agile organisations and experienced in leading and managing projects and their complexity.

  • Fluent in German, strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
