We are currently looking for a B2C Seller Experience Manager who will be responsible for shaping the European Seller Experience together with a team of European Leaders, working closely with product on feature delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with different country Business Units in verticals, marketing and customer support in order to identify product asks

  • Balance trade-offs between business needs with technical constraints; gaining alignment across partners along the way

  • Collect customer feedback on selling through various channels, collaborating with market research and customer service teams

  • Translate asks into product requirements and help define them end-to-end with the seller in mind

  • A natural communicator and influencer, particularly with international/ remote teams

  • Regularly analyze B2C selling experience through the evaluation of multiple quant and qual data sources as well as seller feedback

  • Comfort in taking decisions in ambiguous situations based on the best available data

  • Able to work collaboratively with a range of teams and working styles

  • Manage multiple complex workstreams, from conception and initiation to release

  • Anticipate, assess and manage issues and risks independently; perform root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans as needed

  • Ensure open status reporting is happening at all levels

  • Good understanding of B2C seller needs and impact of features are an advantage

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent

  • Several years with a hands-on project and program experience, experience in a large, cross-functional organization

  • Experience in e-commerce, commerce, or transactional business environments

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Strong analytical and Excel capabilities

  • Naturally innovative and working with the unknown

  • Experience with the German market

  • Fluent in English
