Overview
eBay is seeking an experienced customer success executive for its 3rd Party Partnerships team in the UK.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Work with external sell-side Partners in the UK to grow their eBay business
Improve Partner engagement and satisfaction with eBay
Develop an account plan and coverage strategy for your assigned Partners
Communicate regularly with your Partners via meetings, email as appropriate
Conduct semi- or annual business reviews with key Partners
Help build out a loyalty program for your assigned Partners
Execute against GMV, acquisition, product adoption, NPS goals
Define growth strategies for new and existing sellers at your Partners
Collaborate with eBay Marketing, Partners on co-marketing, lead gen efforts
Coordinate with eBay Marketing, Partners on event planning, execution
Participate in relevant Partner events as needed
Work with eBay Seller Marketing to deliver relevant, on-brand Partner comms
Advise internal eBay teams who wish to leverage the seller reach of Partners
Influence internal eBay teams to provide the best possible Partner experience
Use analytics to provide direction to internal and external constituents
Liaise with MIS and MSO on support and onboarding tickets as needed
Report to the Partner UK Lead
Be the voice of the Partner within eBay
Qualifications: Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5 years of professional experience
3-5+ years in B2B partner management, account management or BD
Good working knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplaces
Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
Ability to connect with and influence internal and external customers
Driven, with a track record of partner business growth
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools
Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences
Ability to travel up to 25% (*post-pandemic*)
Qualifications: Desired
Experience managing technology partnerships with API developers
Background in CRM, loyalty programs or tiered customer management
Solid understanding of eBay UX, features and tools for B2C sellers
Domain expertise in electronics, fashion, motors or luxury
Good at product marketing and partner project management
Savvy at prioritizing product initiatives, internally and externally
Quick adaptability in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
Strong professional writing skills
