Previous 3-4 years of experience on SalesForce Marketing Cloud is a must.
High level of organization and management skills and English is required.
As a member of the International Marketing team reporting to the Head of Intl. Brand, SNS and CRM, this person will coordinate and execute emailing and CRM actions for International markets.
Will be the responsible to lead the integration platform process into new markets;
will implement customer journeys and audiences drafted globally and work together with the local team members to adapt those to the markets´ needs;
will have the responsibility to train all Marketing Managers that have to implement CRM actions for their markets;
Daily communication and coordination with his/her counterparts in the US will be key in order to guarantee the alignment with the central CRM strategy. This will require weekly meetings/calls during the migration process so English is a must.
We are looking for someone with high proactivity, who is heavily data driven and is used to defining and following consistent KPIs, measure actions and make informed decisions.
