THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a seasoned Ticketing Product Manager to head up our team of ticketing professionals based in Madrid, Spain. Reporting into Global Catalog Manager of Sales organization, this is an important role in which you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling and improving the supply position for Stubhub Corporate.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a strategic plan to support business goals.
  • Track the competitive landscape and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Have n in-depth understanding of how inventory is distributed in the ecosystem and which partnerships need to be prioritized at any point in time to secure access to critical inventory.
  • Prioritize upcoming events and the business supply needs and recommend re-balancing of inventory focus.
  • Provide Supply expertise around inventory acquisition and operational execution.
  • Make improvements to policy and process that deliver value for StubHub, and support the long-term development of best-in-class listing and inventory management tools.
  • Lead the corporate products portfolio, designing new products combining travel, ticketing and other experiences in other to expand our landscape, providing exclusive experiences, and matching offers to demand, working in close contact with Corporate Sales Regional Teams.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience managing risk across a portfolio of assets (Experience as a market-maker is a plus).
  • Background in capital markets, quantitative finance, portfolio management, risk management.
  • Market research and creative skills for building new product purposes.
  • Hands-on experience managing high performance teams.
  • You will be a high energy, results-oriented and resourceful leader who is capable of quickly taking control of your responsibilities and establishing yourself as a credible strategic partner.
  • Highly effective communicator with ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage teams, peers and senior level leaders.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.
  • Attention to detail; strong contracting/negotiation skills; and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude are required to manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, even amid potential ambiguity.
  • Deep passion for sports & entertainment industry with general understanding of the ticketing ecosystem.
