eBay is the leading marketplace, that connects buyers and sellers across the globe. eBay HiPo (High Potential) Emerging markets unites region of 150+ countries. eBay runs cross border trade business in these markets, focused on international export and import. It’s led by dynamic international team located in Russia, Israel, China, USA and Mexico.

eBay HiPo has an ambition to grow 5x in next 5 years. We’re looking for Head of Commercial development, whose primary objective will be to grow New and existing large Enterprise business at eBay, enable new opportunities for cross border trade.

Based in Israel, scope is entire HiPo region (all emerging countries).

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of Enterprise business development, account management and partnership across EMEA and LATAM
  • Define eBay’s growth strategy in HiPo region from new large sellers or partners
  • Define High value account managed sellers growth strategy
  • Establish high-value commercial alliances and partnership leading to business growth
  • Sales pitch and deal closing with large enterprise clients, lead integration to marketplace and their success
  • Present eBay in conferences, media, GR meetings in Israel and beyond.
  • Internally promote enterprise clients, develop share of traffic
  • Actively participate as member of HiPo leadership team in HiPo org building, as well as represent HiPo in Israeli R&D site management team
  • Run financial forecasts, new project financials, maximize ROI
