We are seeking a high energy Client Onboarding Specialist that can quickly build important relationships, guide sellers through initial onboarding and training, and consult our Automotive Dealerships on eBay Motors best practices for the first 120 days after go-live.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving new dealerships from sales and working to onboard and support them for their first 120 days.
  • Oversee the initial integration of the dealerships inventory onto the eBay Website.
  • Setup, review, and train dealerships on the eBay posting tool.
  • Develop account plans by identifying and prioritizing the most important tasks that chip in to ROI and retention goals.
  • Track dealerships statistics and proactively report back on trends and ways to improve.
  • Reactive support of sellers when needed
  • Client Onboarding Specialists are expected to operate as eBay Motors Marketplace experts aware of major trends and initiatives within the automotive industry and the region where the dealer is located.
  • Capable of identifying industry and eBay trends, and translate that into recommendations for the eBay Motors marketplace and their assigned accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or college diploma with 3-5 years’ related experience
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Work history must demonstrate high levels of integrity and professionalism
  • Great listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must be organized and process oriented
  • Enthusiastic and energetic, proactive
  • Experience with tracking progress in CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Automotive industry experience a plus
