Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience building and implementing marketing and branding programs.
  • Experience building, optimizing and scaling talent acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Experience maintaining company profile on sites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient at working with a budget and coordinating multiple initiatives.
  • Experience supporting a talent acquisition team.
  • Adept at using analytics to determine the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Experience in changing directions quickly to adapt to business needs.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and making recommendations to move forward.
  • Experience engaging with and influencing partner teams to drive alignment, change and results.

What you'll do:

The Recruiting Marketing Lead role will help develop and implement the strategy for how we share the value of building and growing a career at eBay. You’ll partner with Recruiters, Communication teams, DEI and other leaders to create strategy, plans and media to help eBay attract and engage great talent. In this role, you will:

  • Help define eBay’s recruiting messaging.
  • Help develop vision and design of omni-channel marketing strategies that engage and inspire our target audience and grow the top of our funnel with qualified candidates.
  • Design and produce media for recruiting campaigns.
  • Build effective marketing models and processes that adapt to changing recruiting scale and volume.
  • Activate marketing across multiple channels and events.
  • Be aware of external talent market trends and make recommendations to respond to them.
  • Use data and reporting to inform decisions and regularly share insights and impact.
  • Manage and maintain our recruiting messaging across internal and external sites.
  • Be for everyone internally and externally by approaching projects with diversity, equity and inclusion across all elements and experiences.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and hiring teams to design strategic and data-driven candidate-attraction plans to achieve hiring targets.
  • Train and help employees and recruiters to represent eBay externally to attract talent.
  • Form relationships with leaders across recruiting to influence decisions.
