You care about making phenomenal products and are willing to design and test and iterate to get to the best solutions.

You have the ability to negotiate and evolve design with partners in the project team and ensure the integrity of the design is upheld. You should be knowledgeable about our competitors, understand established design patterns and best practices, but always feel the need to do better.

Responsibilities:

  • Build world-class, user-centered designs incorporating business requirements, product learning and customer feedback.

  • Design the experience architecture, UI, and interaction flow of new experiences and enhancements.

  • Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes.

  • Communicate your design work and negotiate strategic direction with peers, researchers, design leaders, product partners and executives

  • Evangelise the benefits of UX and drive a UX and customer-obsessed culture throughout the organisation.

  • Ability to cultivate an understanding of industry trends and communicate your ideas to the design org as a whole

  • A portfolio that showcases relevant design projects and includes your process, design explorations and final work.

  • Able to understand detail and find radically simple solutions that delight users

  • Experience with Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Figma, Marvel or equivalents
