➢ Managing a portfolio of accounts, using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
➢ Forecasting the potential for the Japan market and conduct market research on competitors
➢ Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
➢ Upsell the clients on the purchase of sports & musical events, travel arrangement, hospitality services and meet & greet packages
➢ Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
➢ Lead a small team, guide them to achieve the sales targets
➢ Manage the post-sales service. Provide an effective follow up and verify the customer's level of satisfaction
➢ Analyze the customers’ requests and work closely with the Supply Team in order to respond the requests in an effective manner
➢ Complete all daily executed sales through the ERP (CRM)
➢ Fluency in Japanese and English is a must
➢ High interpersonal skills
➢ Proven account management or other relevant experience
➢ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
➢ Passion for live events - sports/concert/entertainment enthusiast a plus
➢ Salary：Negotiable, based on experience
