Mobile.de is hiring in Dreilinden near Berlin! We’re seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our team as (Senior) Account Manager Financing.

You will be joining our fast growing Financing business Unit where we strive to make the online financing process for our users even more convenient and smoother.

You will be part of a highly motivated, dynamic, diverse and skilled team driving mobile.de’s ambition to extend its footprint towards the car buying transaction.

By bringing products online that take place mainly offline today, you will help to make it easier to buy and finance a car via our dealers, and thus, driving user happiness and trust.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will actively contribute to the growing of mobile.de’s Financing Team by managing different projects with focus on our relationship & business with banks

  • Ensure our operational business with our partners and handle topics like Reporting, Customer Surveys, internal requests etc.

  • Work closely together with our Business Development Team and support in strategic and operational topics

  • Work with the different internal partners and ensure communication to client and internal audiences

  • Prepare powerful business presentations using data and insights

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar

  • At least 4 years of work experience within a comparable setting, preferable with an e-commerce, banking or automotive profile is a plus

  • You can focus and prioritize your work and are able to work under time constraints with fluctuating work volumes and scheduling requirements to meet the needs of the business, while also meeting/exceeding customer expectations.

  • You already have a consistent track record of successfully achieving targets, while driving strong value for customers

  • One of your strengths is structured thinking and communication skills

  • Working within a team is part of your DNA

  • You are flexible and have the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, and troubleshoot problems

  • high proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint

  • German and English language is mandatory
