Senior finance project lead

Would you like to join eCG’s global controlling team as a Senior finance process lead? You would be responsible for the roll out and maintenance of the financial side of the order to cash process. This consists of the use and setup of the IT system as well as the financial processes around these systems. You will report directly into the Group Controller of eCG.

We are currently rolling out a new billing system, called TRACT. Now it is live in Germany, Australia and the Netherlands. You will support the next steps, meaning to roll this further out to the rest of eCG, which is UK, Canada and Belgium. You will help to roll out the system and it’s processes. Also, you will further streamline and standardize this solution. Accurate documentation of this all is key.

You will be the Finance workstream lead in a project with 3 other workstreams (Product & tech, Customer relations, Reporting/Analytics)and the Finance coordinator for the smaller OTC projects, such as onboarding new products, new payment service providers and new collection providers.

Requirements:

  • Accounting background / Education: Chartered accountant preferred
  • Able to both lead and execute: willing to do operational work as well as inspire people into action
  • Being comfortable on all organizational levels in a very flat matrix organization
  • Experience in Financial system implementation & project management
  • Experience in order to cash process and to have this accurately documented
  • Being able to align /streamline the OTC process in an international setting
  • Able to link between different functions (Commerce/IT development/Finance/Operations) to find & execute on common solutions that work
  • You are highly organized and proficient at keeping partners & team members informed
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Experience with modern project and documentation tools such as Jira, slack etc.
  • Occasional travel required
