eBay Inc is searching for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our growing Global Cash Management (GCM) team in Austin, TX. As an integral member of the GCM team you will be responsible for providing treasury and banking expertise to support the expansion of our marketplace infrastructure. You will have an opportunity to work in a leading global e-commerce firm and solve complex treasury and payments issues. In addition, there will be opportunities to grow into other roles within the Treasury and Finance teams at eBay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily cash flow and cash-forecasting models for the Americas and global subsidiaries
  • Collaborate with team members, managers, product, and payments team to build out eBay’s payments platform and drive automation across the organization
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • IC Loan Portfolio Management
  • Provide operational support and money movements to Capital Markets, FX and Investments teams
  • Assist with managing the global bank account structure and cash management services
  • Tackle ongoing treasury related projects with a keen focus on innovation and automation
  • Serve as Bank Administrator and key point of contact to escalate and resolve bank issues on multiple platforms
  • Ensures compliance with Cash Management SOX controls, KYC Due Diligence, and other rules governing cash transactions and banking
  • Supports M&A functions
  • Manage PayPal account requests and assist with bank account management as needed
  • Support subsidiaries, corporate service departments, and affiliated companies with cash management controls, daily treasury, and banking related issues
  • Work with Management on system initiatives, research and projects, as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related treasury, finance or accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting or economics preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and social skills; attention to detail
  • Flexible, inventive, eager to learn with a “can-do” attitude
  • Demonstrate knowledge of treasury, cash management and accounting principals
  • Well-organized, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills required both verbally and written
  • Experience working with International teams across multiple time zones is a plus
  • Experience using Quantum and SAP is highly preferred
