Treasury Manager - Cash Management

Summary:

eBay Inc. has an exciting opportunity to lead our North America Cash Management team. In this role you’ll manage a team of 4 people, be responsible for operations and lead several cross functional projects. You will partner with FP&A, Tax, Shared Services, Legal and Product teams; you’ll also be interacting with several global banks and financial consulting firms. The position will report to the Director of Cash Management and Investments and is in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise cash management operations
  • Manage cash flow forecasting process, analysis, and reporting
  • Manage foreign exchange exposures resulting from non-functional cash balances
  • Minimize excess liquidity by working with Investments team
  • Partner with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to execute dividends, intercompany loans, and overall global cash planning
  • Adhoc projects related to Payments
  • Recommend bank products and services to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experience
  • Coordinate treasury and cash management systems initiatives
  • Manage M&A integrations
  • Supervise operational bank accounts, bank mandates and e-banking access
  • Assist with SOX compliance requirements as needed
  • Act as security administrator and payment authorizer on global banking portals
  • Responsible for performance management of team members, talent development, and career planning

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of treasury, finance or accounting experience
  • People management experience required
  • Possess a BS/BA degree (finance, accounting or economics preferred)
  • MBA Preferred
  • International treasury experience preferred
  • Demonstrate knowledge of treasury, cash management and accounting principals
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and creativity in dealing with sophisticated legal issues on a domestic and cross-border basis
  • Flexible, resourceful, a “can-do” service-oriented demeanor
  • Well-organized ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent social, written, and oral communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Quantum and SAP preferred
