Role responsibilities

  • Responsible for building the staffing plans for a given planning group(s)
  • Builds relationships with key groups and individuals in GCX that are critical to the success of WFO
  • Performs regular variance analysis on their given planning group(s) (plan vs. plan and plan vs. actual)
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis related to staffing plans and capacity requirements
  • Provide recommendations related to the analysis
  • Conduct annual budget planning for a given planning group(s)
  • Supports process improvement efforts across the global Capacity Planning team

Required skills

  • +3 Years Experience utilizing Workforce Management Tools and Processes
  • Expert on end-to-end WFO experience for their given planning group(s)
  • Ability to find opportunities to improve processes
  • Tackle a wide variety of problems of moderate complexity and scope, using a rational, analytical approach
  • Advance computational skills to produce analytical reports
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to take sophisticated information and communicate it in a clear and easy to understand way
  • Trend analysis - ability to measure metrics over time and analyze impact to future periods
  • Good analytical ability, detailed and precise thinking including ability to perform variance analysis
  • Ability to analyze critical metric trends & troubleshooting of issues to maximize the efficiency of systems and process in support of the enterprise
  • Ability to formulate recommendations based upon analysis, data, and input from peers and management
  • Forecasting (AHT/attrition/shrink) skills, ability to predict future required inputs needed for staffing plan for a given planning group(s)
