What You’ll Do
Surprise and delight our fans in a fast-paced environment including inbound phone calls, emails, and chat
Have authentic conversations with our customers and strive to resolve all concerns going two steps beyond what they ever expected
Increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty through providing exceptional service and engagement
Utilize software, databases, and tools appropriately
Maintain high performance metrics including average handle time, after call work, quality, adherence, as well as customer satisfaction
Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of our company and the role
Who We’re Looking For
You have a passion for attending live events
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills (previous call center experience preferred)
Highly proficient with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
What You’ll Get
$16.25 per hour (up to $17.00 per hour within the first 6 months based on performance)
