Sr Manager, Growth Account Manager – eBay Motors Parts & Accessories

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Hire, Train, Coach, and support Growth Account Managers (AWF & FTE)
  • Assists team in establishing and maintaining business partner/consultant relationships with their assigned accounts
  • Work via phone, video meetings and correspondence by email in addition to occasionally travel to meet with sellers directly
  • Monitor account manager books of business activity to ensure retention and increase revenue and gross monthly volume
  • Efficiently utilization of CRM, account and team performance tracking tools
  • Effectively and consistently demonstrate the benefit and value of the eBay platform.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the eBay Motors Marketplace business model and community
  • Build a team of strong eBay Motors marketplace specialists who are aware of major trends and initiatives in the automotive industry
  • Report to eBay Motors executive on individual and collective account performance

Job Requirements:

(Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience required to perform job)

  • Experience and success in leading business to business relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills needed
  • Literate in Microsoft and CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet in person with accounts (up to 25% of month)
  • Strong communication (verbal/phone and written): customer facing and internal executive level
  • Detail oriented, hard-working and prone to follow through
  • Flexible, results-oriented phenomenal leader and teammate
  • Hardworking and upbeat, proactive
  • Excellent working knowledge of the eBay site and marketplace dynamics - experience buying or selling on eBay highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of eBay’s administrative tools a plus
  • Experience in entrepreneurial activities
  • 5 years Account Management leadership and/or Sales experience
  • Automobile industry experience is highly desirable.
