We are looking for a highly motivated customer support & sales professional to drive loyalty by actively identifying and engaging our fans. You will provide exceptional customer service that results in a memorable experience for every customer and provide value added experiences to boost top-line revenue growth, increase loyalty and profitability. Focused primarily on StubHub’s largest Buyers and former Buyers, this role is a key component to the development and success of StubHub’s new StubHub Beyond loyalty program.
What You'll Do:
You will support outbound call campaigns such as; fan win-back, hospitality upgrades for major events including Super Bowl and Masters, NFL and concert packages, etc
You will engage with our fans by providing excellent customer support to help with customer retention efforts and sales recovery
You will resolve customer issues in real time through the Top Buyer and Corporate Support queues
You will be responsible for a full understanding of the buying and selling process both pre and post transaction
You will authentically connect with our customers by being a subject matter expert on all sporting, music and theatre events to provide a memorable fan experience
You will communicate effectively to leadership and the team with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Proven work experience as a successful outbound, inbound sales representative
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Highly proficient with MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to cultivate professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of conversion rates
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
