Intern (m/w/d) People Development

- Starting now - for at least 6 months –

As part of the people team, you will collaborate with international colleagues on EMEA region development initiatives. We will give you the chance to gain a deep insight into the work of the human resources department as well as into the structures and processes of an internationally leading e-commerce company. You are encouraged to take responsibility for organizational tasks and simple projects on your own!

In this role you will:

  • Support the regional Business Partner Team in their daily work/routines and support them with administrative tasks

  • Contribute to projects around topics of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organisational Effectiveness and Culture

  • Support the analytics and employee listening strategies in our region: Talent Management, Performance Management, Onboarding, Employee Engagement

  • Co-Create resources, presentations and solutions that activate our global leadership and learning programs (e.g. panel discussions, workshops and training, team meetings…)

  • Support the digitalisation of our organizational development efforts

  • Develop a playbook that captures and documents the end to end approach to regional development team program activities

Key Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's student or recent graduate

  • Interest in HR work and knowledge / understanding of economic relationships

  • People oriented and have a passion for the provision of services, coupled with a structured and an independent way of working. You have strong communication skills.

  • Confident handling of standard software (especially MS Word, Outlook and Excel) and willingness to learn new tools

  • First experience in designing ppt. presentation, templates, documentations and metrics overviews

  • Proactive Problem Solving skills: Apply thinking skills, decisive judgement with direction and take appropriate action.

  • Very good written and spoken English
