Our Global Customer Experience (GCX) team is embarking on a journey to deliver the next level of service. We ultimately plan to evolve the customer experience, to help our customers and solve their needs in the quickest, simplest, the easiest way possible. The Business Process Engineer plays a significant role in this evolution journey.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Put the customer at the heart of everything to build phenomenal experiences that improve our service offering.
  • Innovate boldly to build processes to meet our customer and teammate needs.
  • Work across the organisation in an agile environment to identify customer and business requirements to craft, test and configure processes to rapidly deliver solutions.
  • Work with other business process engineers to integrate new and existing business processes.
  • Carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurement and change activities.
  • Evaluate experiences and process performance and recommend solutions for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standard methodologies to meet changing business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and company standards.

Qualification & Skills

Being such a dynamic role you will have a blend set of adjacent skills that may include:

  • Designing or improving customer service related processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma certification a plus)
  • Critical thinking
  • Process and Experience design
  • Business Process Management (BPM) tool experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, related subject area or 5+ years related experience
