Employee Relations Leader EMEA

The role:

  • This role leads all aspects of the employee relations activities responsible for a number of EMEA countries, including, Ireland, United kingdom, France, Italy and Luxembourg. Responsibly for leading a team of Employee Relations professionals based in Ireland.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, coaching leaders to upskill and tackle earlier, whilst identifying emerging trends.
  • Provide regular people data dashboards with insights/actions for business areas to align on future people priorities or needs.
  • Drive key projects and initiates to support our people related strategy.

You are:

You have:

  • 8 Years' experience leading an employee relations function within a dynamic, multinational HR environment.
  • A relevant degree or diploma.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and experience dealing with various European legislation, works councils, or staff delegates.
  • Strong people leader skills.
  • Ability to build close relationships with all colleagues and leaders and influence in a positive manner.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a large, complex, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent self awareness and ability to mentor leaders through a High Support/High Challenge model.
  • Demonstrated success in facilitating change, solid problem solving, excellent facilitation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills.
